Extrusion Process Of PVC Skinned Foam Board in Application

PVC foam board is one of the more difficult PVC handicrafts, because it is a foam handicrafts, it is easy to have such problems, and because of the heavy abrasives and large amount of materials, it is difficult to adjust, sweat and feel heavy. The equipment mould shall be clean, flat and installed. The oil pipe pressure at the mould mouth is generally adjusted to 1.2-1.5mm, the middle oil pipe pressure is slightly lower, and the oil pipe pressure at both sides is slightly higher. Check whether the air supply of the amphibious power circuit is normal and adjust it. Turn on the chassis and set each temperature. After the material is discharged from the die lip, adjust the feeding and server speed ratio to gradually reach the preset value.

Wait for the material to fill the abrasive tool symmetrically and discharge it from the die mouth roundly. In addition, the water cooling template and the traction roller are slowly raised, the molding control module is placed, and the traction rope is prepared. After the materials are melted and symmetrical, use the traction rope to pull the materials into the water-cooled formwork, and use the cooling circulating water or air compressed water to cool the materials. Move the forming table forward to the tight mold lip until the materials flow symmetrically, and observe the foam condition. Shut down, produce and manufacture, and clean with self equipped materials. Refer to the secret recipe PVC100, lead salt composite stabilizer 4.0, light calcium 50, and external lubricant 2-4 to remove the equipment, dismantle the abrasive tools, prepare for production and application, and remove the flow combiner materials.
