PVC Celuka Sheet is a kind of PVC Foam Board, which is manufactured by Celuka process and formed via calibration platform. It has flat, matt crust surface, making the sheet stronger,more durable and therefore longer lasting.

A: For example, a ½-inch-thick piece of PVC decking can warp in about six hours when exposed to extreme heat outdoors, while a ¾-inch will take up to eight hours or longer under similar conditions. As such, it is recommended that you buy thicker PVC decks if excessive sun exposure is common in your area.

A: Fastening PVC trim to your framing is as easy as fastening wood trim. You can use corrosion-resistant nails or screws with a minimum length of 1.5 inches, blunt point, and full round head. There are also hidden fasteners like Cortex screws available for a seamless finish.

As for the glue, the adhesive strength can be maintained for a long time without being directly exposed to the sun.

Q: Can you make the pattern of the laminated surface according to my designed drawings？

A: We recommend sending us your drawings first, we will find a design that is close to you and see if you can accept this similar design. In general, off-the-shelf laminates are easier to manufacture, more readily available from stock, and more affordable. However, if you want to customize the design of the surface material, it will cost you a high plate making fee and a huge order quantity to do it.

Q: Do you charge for protective film on PVC Celuka Shee?

A: Yes, the one side protective film is a clear film. If you require the protective film with custom Logo, We need to charge extra for logo template.

Q: What is color could be?
