PVC board, also known as decorative film and adhesive film, is used in building materials, packaging, medicine and many other industries. The building materials industry accounts for a large proportion of 60%, followed by the packaging industry, as well as a number of other small-scale applications.
PVC boards shall be placed at the construction site for more than 24 hours. The temperature of the plastic sheet can be kept consistent with the indoor temperature to reduce the material deformation caused by temperature difference. Use a professional edge trimmer to cut the rough edges on both ends of the PVC sheet under heavy pressure. The cutting width on both sides shall not be less than 1cm. When laying PVC plastic sheets, overlapping cutting shall be adopted at all material interfaces. Generally, the width of overlap shall not be less than 3cm. Special glue and glue scraper shall be used according to different plates. When laying the PVC sheet, roll up one end of the sheet, clean the back and front of the PVC sheet, and then scrape the special glue on the floor. The glue must be even and not too thick. Different adhesives have different effects. Special glue shall be selected according to the product manual
The grooving of PVC sheets after laying shall be carried out after 24 hours. Use a special groover to groove the joints of PVC sheets. In order to weld firmly, the depth of groove shall be 2/3 of the thickness of PVC plate. Before welding, the dust and debris in the groove shall be removed.
Finally, after completion or before use, clean the PVC sheet. But it must be 48 hours after the PVC sheet is laid. After the construction of PVC sheets, they shall be cleaned or vacuumed in time. It is recommended to use neutral detergent to clean all dirt. If the surface of PVC sheet is dirty, it is recommended to use a floor washer with a red grinding disc to clean the sheet.
